If you are between sizes, we recommend that you size up for this model.
All Inabo slippers are produced on our own developed lasts.
We strongly recommend you use our size guide, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and can avoid returns. We have measured the length and width of the inner soles of our slippers, and recommend you compare these measurements to the inner sole of a similar shoe you own.
Please note that our slippers are made of natural materials that tend to stretch slightly over time. A slipper that feels slightly tight the first time you use it will likely fit perfectly after being worn a few times. With this said, it should not be a struggle to put them on.
If you are between sizes, we recommend that you size up on all styles except Patio and Patty in order for your heel to land comfortably on the indent of the insole.
In our size chart below we show the length of the inner soles of the slippers. We recommend you compare these to an innersole of a shoe you already own, by measuring it without pressing downwards.

We will during normal circumstances dispatch your order within 48 hours of the receipt of confirmation e-mail being sent to you, exceptions are weekends and public holidays. Should your order happen to be out of stock or delayed in any way, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order during delivery. All orders within Sweden are shipped with DHL and all international orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery time within the EU is estimated to 2-5 working days. To the rest of the world delivery time is estimated to 3-7 working days. Delivery cost is calculated at check-out.
Inabo ships according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to counties outside of the EU and you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once your package reaches your country and must be rendered in order for your package to be cleared by customs. Please contact your local custom office for more information.

In order to make a return / exchange, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com within the stipulated time of 14 days from the day your received the goods from us, together with your order number and name of the product that you would like to return. Thereafter, we will send you further instructions.
Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition (unused and unworn) together with all original packaging material (shoe box, labels etc.). We strongly recommend that you try the shoes on a carpeted or soft surface in order to protect the outer soles and avoid scratches.
Inabo offers free exchanges and will cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to our warehouse, as well as for the new item being sent to you. If you seek to return a product for a refund, Inabo will arrange the return and part of the cost for shipping and handling will be non-refundable. The deducted amount for return shipping (per pair) within Sweden is SEK 75, EUR 20 for countries within the EU and EUR 50 for the rest of the world. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Any additional charges, taxes, duties or levies will not be refunded.
