To make a return or exchange, please email us at order@inaboworld.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. We will then send you further instructions.

Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition (unused and unworn) with all original packaging material (shoe box, labels, etc.). We strongly recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted or soft surface to protect the outsoles and avoid scratches.

Inabo offers free exchanges and will cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to our warehouse and for the new item being sent to you. If you wish to return a product for a refund, Inabo will arrange the return, but part of the shipping and handling cost will be non-refundable. The deducted amount for return shipping (per pair) is SEK 100 within Sweden, EUR 20 for countries within the EU, and EUR 50 for the rest of the world. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Any additional charges, taxes, duties, or levies will not be refunded.
